What is the Problem? Please explain it.

When was the domain registered or ordered

Ok I just see that the domain is not registered .

Here in the screenshot you can see that this is still free and everyone can register this yet

A domain is actually getting registered very quickly, only this is of course registered if this was ordered.
Now, you have not written that they get these sponsored but since it would be better if they address your sponsorship partner

Also somebody registered it for you in a sponsorhip?

Who was the person? So I can say that the Domain isn´t registered. Everybody can get it in this moment.

So then must you write him and say what what is with the domain. So I had looked in my resellerinterface and can say it isn´t registered.

Also he give you are free webspace. So the other question is the sponsoring the domain? When not must you register it self.

I think there is a misunderstanding.

Also I explain it.

I have at my Rootserver Plesk installed has the domain tripped in. That can you see here in the screenshot

So the whole meaning only one can derive from this server the domain up and this will be to the folder where all the files are further. Nothing more.

The domain must be registered by you or a other person that sponsor that to you. When you tell it´s 6 days ago I understand here you get only a webspace and not a domain.

So when you want to use this domain you must buy it.
